Built from practical construction experience
For around 20 years, brickwork, blockwork, stonework and external construction have been at the heart of the business. That experience now supports four clear areas: Bricklaying, Hard Landscaping, Impact Repairs and Site Solutions.
Training and competency
Relevant qualifications, training and site credentials include NVQ qualifications, CITB training and CSCS cards.
Fully insured and properly registered
Parkstone is fully insured with public liability cover up to £10 million through Tradesman Saver. Parkstone also holds upper-tier waste carrier registration CBDU628055 for the waste carried as part of its Site Solutions work.

Everything sits under one Parkstone identity, but you’re always routed to the right specialist. Homeowners and property owners come to us for masonry, repairs and hard landscaping — contractors, businesses and commercial clients go through Site Solutions.

The aim is straightforward: understand the work, explain the practical options, agree a clear scope and keep communication direct as the project progresses.
The work and site requirements are discussed before a quotation is prepared.
Photographs are welcomed where they help with the first assessment.
A site visit is arranged when measurements, access or closer inspection are required.
The agreed work is planned around the property, materials, access and finish required.
Local knowledge and realistic coverage
Plymouth and the wider PL postcode area is where we’re based and where most of our work happens. We do take on selected projects further afield across Devon and Cornwall, depending on the job.
