IMPACT REPAIRS
DAMAGE ASSESSED. REPAIRS PLANNED.
Vehicle impact, accidental damage and property repairs assessed from photographs, with the next step arranged around the condition, location and work required.
Start with photographs and a short description
If a wall, pier or area of masonry has been damaged, send clear photographs from several angles along with the location and a short description of what happened. This helps Parkstone understand the visible damage before arranging the next step.
Types of repair enquiries
Parkstone can review enquiries involving:
- Vehicle impact to garden, boundary and roadside walls.
- Damage to brick piers, columns and entrances.
- Accidental damage to brickwork, blockwork or stonework.
- Local rebuilding and reinstatement following an incident.
- Making-safe or temporary works where specifically agreed.
- Associated property and external finishing repairs within the confirmed scope.
Structural making-safe work
Structural making-safe work is available during Parkstone’s normal working hours. Work outside those hours may be considered only by prior agreement. This service is limited to structural and masonry work and does not include gas, electrical or water services.
What happens next
Photographs provide a useful first view, but they are not always enough to confirm the full extent of damage. Parkstone may recommend a site inspection, measurements or specialist input before a final repair scope is agreed.
Send photographs, postcode and contact details.
Parkstone reviews the visible damage.
A call or site visit is arranged where required.
The repair scope and quotation are prepared.
Approved work is scheduled and completed.
Insurance-related enquiries
Customers may share insurer, loss-adjuster or claim information where relevant. Parkstone is not insurer-appointed or insurance-approved, and can’t settle a claim on your behalf.
